How do I customize cellmesh. db to update the database

The database is in sqlite; if you would like to update the database, you can inspect the schema in cellmesh/data/cellmesh.db, and use python or any other tool to insert new entries to the database.

The code that generates the database currently is in parse_cellmesh.py.
