Hii all,
I have witnessed the wrong urls in contributing.md and readme.md.
These issues were raised 2 years ago (Issue number #123(by aemamerjonas ) and Issue number #128 (by Ejay02)). But they are still not resolved. Thus raising the issue again.
I have combined both the issues in single issue and have fixed them. Also have created a new PR.
This is my first time contributing on GitHub 😅.
Let me know if I have made any mistakes😅😅.
