Instagram does not load when script is active (Firefox/Tampermonkey)

I have been using this script with Firefox (currently 138.0.3) and Tampermonkey (currently 5.3.3) for a long time without any problems. Since a few days Instagram does not load when the script is active. As soon as I disable it within Tampermonkey, Instagram loads again. When IG does not load, I just see the IG logo in the middle of the screen. I'm logged in to IG.

I just found out that even when I'm completely removing the content of the script, IG does not load. So it's obviously not the script itself, but Tampermonkey.
