new version to avoid two high-severity DoS advisories

`github.com/sirupsen/logrus v1.4.2` is in the latest guac [v1.3.2](https://github.com/wwt/guac/releases/tag/v1.3.2)

but it has two high-severity DoS advisories (GO-2025-4188 / GHSA-4f99-4q7p-p3gh)

Could we have a new version released?
