ADD: ColorLevels

I added a proof of principle to create ColorLevels, see branch ColorLevels.

Problem is that for the ColorBar this obviously also effects Ticks and Text (which is not wanted). So we might use a simple ImageVisual for the Colorbar too.

Should be implemented for GL and MPL - backends.
