Thank you for your great work on this project! I noticed that the link toINSTALL.md. and DATA_PREPAER.md and GET_STARTED.md at README.md seems to be broken (it returns a 404 error).

Would you kindly consider re-uploading it or updating the link? This resource is very useful and I’d really appreciate it if you could make it available again.
