iOS18 simulator biometrics commands don't work

Description
commands:

applesimutils --booted --biometricEnrollment YES
applesimutils --booted --biometricMatch
etc doesn't work with iOS18.0 simulator

Steps to Reproduce

• start the simulator
• cleanup it to ensure biometrics is not enrolled
• run "applesimutils --booted --biometricEnrollment YES"
• check biometrics enrollment status (not in status bar but in the app which utilizes this status)

Expected Behavior

• expect this works as good as on iOS 17.x sim..

Environment

• macOS version: 15.2
• Xcode version: 16.2

everything is good with simulator 17.x
