If you currently go to https://winget.run/pkg/Henry++/ErrorLookup and click the Visit website link, you get redirected to https://www.reddragonbrewery.com/ which appears to be a thai gambling site.

Seeing something like this makes me seriously doubt the package, which should probably be investigated and/or removed.
