Old converted patches does make phasex crash

Old converted patches does make phasex crash.
I removed my old patches and now it works nicely, but that's not a real solution for the problem I guess.

I still haven't been able to reproduce this behavior, either on startup or by loading old patches manually. A lot of the crash/segfault issues were caused by the sample loading code thrashing memory a bit (improper type conversion on a constant yielding improper ratio values for resampling). Could you send me one of your patches known to make phasex crash?
