Load module in WebWorker

Is there any convenient way to use it within a web worker ?

Tried to add slightly more straightforward instructions in the readme.

A use of a previous version of wasmts (still need to update it) is available here, with wasmts in a worker: https://github.com/willcohen/backproj/blob/main/packages/backproj/src/tile-worker.ts

I'll try to have an updated usage with 0.1.0-alpha5 in backproj soon, where it'll also utilized a shared pool of wasmts workers for better throughput.
