Make a timetable & tasklist

Pretty self-explanatory -> Mostly so I don't forget the reason I choose this when I review the management of this project over time:

• Notion (Tasklist & timetable)
• Github (Issues - Application Notes)
• Github (Commits - Actual Code & Work)

I personal think thats quite reasonable tbf. I don't think a timetable is worth it because its currently a solo project outside of lawson who is doing the coil winder but his commitments is more towards his other work.

Seems to work but I see it having problems over time due to the amount of tasks become massive (for ref):

Does feel good to have all these tasks layered out for you but still it might become a problem down the road (few months) we'll see.
