Syringe pump tab: it is read-only in GUI

Summary

Syringe pump configuration cannot be modified from the GUI.

Description

• Syringe pump tab is enabled via terminal and appears in the GUI.
• The tab displays the latest configuration stored on the controller.
• Configuration parameters cannot be edited in the GUI.
• Only start/stop actions for selected pumps are available.

Expected Behavior

• Syringe pump configuration should be editable from the GUI when the tab is enabled,
  or
• The tab should clearly indicate that configuration is read-only by design.

Actual Behavior

• Configuration is view-only without explanation.
