Hi @wejulius, congrats on the Bindome, genuinely useful resource, and thank you for making it open.
While exploring the API I built a small MIT-licensed tool that takes a list of targets, pulls the per-design metrics from /uniprot/{AC}/metrics, and writes CSVs plus a screening figure (gate scatters colored by target with per-target pass-rates): https://github.com/ssiddhantsharma/bindome-query
Sharing in case it's useful to point users to, or worth linking. One small thing I couldn't find: is there a plan to expose the BindCraft metrics in bulk (a batch endpoint or a single metrics table), beyond the per-target archives? Happy to adapt the tool either way. Thanks again!
