When I try to validate a .wacz file using PowerShell in Windows 10 it fails to discover the .warc.gz file in the archive folder and therefore fails to validate the .wacz file. It appears to truncate my Users folder (it shows "SBSHEP~1" instead of "sbshepherd"), and I suspect that is the problem. When I run the same file on Mac, the .wacz validates successfully. And I can see the .warc.gz file in the datapackage.json, so I think the .wacz file itself is fine.
