Feature Request - link between device Reference and note is lost after Reannotation

If you create notes for R1 and then if you change R1 to R100 () the connection betwean device and corresponding note is lost.

If you create note for R1 and then if you change R1 to R100 the connection between device and corresponding note is lost. The connection should be (primarily) based not on Reference but on device UUID.

It would be very helpful to have notes remain linked to components after a reannotation. It is relatively common flow to do a geographical reannotation after the layout is done. It would be very sad if all the notes were then broken or had to be manually updated.

One option that might be easier to make this work would be to save the reannotation report from a geographical reannotation and have the option to parse it and update the kinote to fix designators after a reannotation. Not ideal but probably much easier than trying to base everything off the UUID which does change sometimes for things like changing moving a portion of a symbol to a different sheet.

All in all though, this is a really nice plugin for Kicad. Thanks for putting it together!
