Cloud-hosted Web Panel is not reachable

Not able to reach https://panel.getwarden.net/
We get a connection timeout.

Is this a known issue?

I spent some time trying to set it up. After many hours I managed to recreate SSL certificate as somehow the internal IIS configuration changed, but now, the website itself stopped working, probably due to some .NET Core issue or invalid configuration. Not sure yet what is the issue there as the system logs say nothing.
