[BUG] Cannot Enable Mouse Hook (Greyed Out)

Hello,

just a quick question: I am not able to enabled the mouse hook. The setting in the try icon is just disabled and greyed out and not clickable.

Even if I change this from false to true in the settings file, it just gets reset to false and stays unavailable.

Any idea how to solve this?

Also, the settings windows sometimes is open upon Windows start instead of staying hidden as intended. I haven't found any context what might cause this.

You need to first set up a new shortcut that uses the mouse. See #98
