Has this bug been raised before?
Describe your issue:
Premise: this is with "Reuse Tabs" function enabled.
If you open a folder via "Open file location", then you open other tabs and after that you use "Open file location" on the same element again, explorer doesn't redirect to the already opened tab but just open explorer with the latest tab that was previously selected.
The "Reuse Tabs" function works normally if used with Folders or Shortcuts.
EDIT: I've find out that "Reuse Tabs" works on "Open file location" ONLY on the first folder you open via that context menu setting, e.g.:
Nvidia App folder opened via "Open file location" (first tab)
RTSS folder opened via "Open file location" (second tab)
GPU Tweak folder opened via "Open file location" (third tab)
If I re-open the second or third tab via "Open file location" it doesn't work, it only works on the first tab ever opened via "Open file location".
What OS do you have?
Windows 11
What edition?
Pro
OS Version?
25H2
OS Build?
26200.8037
Have you tweaked your Windows 11 look?
No
