Incremental time or exact time?

Finding good terms for types of time is hard! What this document calls "incremental time" is called "exact time" in ECMAScript Temporal. Would you be open to a PR that aligns this document to use "exact time" too?

Totally open to a PR helping readers understand the relationship to JS Temporal.

Nobody is pleased with the various existing terms for types of time... which is why everyone has a go at reinventing the jargon. That does nothing to improve general understanding (the JS Temporal terms aren't portable to e.g. Java or ICU or HTML or...) FWIW, this document invented some terminology... but it was twenty years ago 😄, so we have the excuse of being first.
