Refer to i18n test pages

the i18n WG has a test suite that provides information about support for various features mentioned in this document. It would be useful to refer to those tests at the appropriate places.

for example, we have tests and results describing ruby markup[1] support in major browsers, support for writing-mode:vertical-* [2], and support for hyphens[3]

see http://www.w3.org/International/tests for the full range of available tests. We may also be persuaded to create more tests to meet your needs. (There are also more detailed tests for some things, such as vertical text in the CSS/HTML test suites.)
