The switching speed is slow when browsing high-resolution images. #70

Description

@xsdianeht

I previously used an older version of ACDSee, which allowed me to flip through images without fully loading them. For example, if I had a folder with hundreds of images at several-thousand-by-several-thousand resolution, I could quickly scroll the mouse wheel to flip through pages, and ACDSee would switch very smoothly and rapidly. When I stopped, the image would transition from blurry to sharp—possibly because it cached thumbnails of the entire folder, or because it had some method of loading a low-resolution version first.
In contrast, Viv must fully load each image before switching to the next one when flipping quickly, which feels unresponsive during rapid browsing. I hope this can be improved.

Additionally, ACDSee allows zooming via a selection box. For instance, if I have a family photo and want to look at a specific person, I only need to hold down the left mouse button, use a selection box to highlight that area, and release the left mouse button—the selected area will then zoom to fit the current ACDSee window size.
This feature is very useful, and I hope it can be added.
