Error: Couldn't create connection to server

I tried using the new extension on VSCodium but I'm getting this error:

[Error - 2:11:03 PM] Language Server client: couldn't create connection to server.
Launching server using command /tmp/vls2 failed. Error: spawn /tmp/vls2 ENOENT

I installed it through the pre-compiled vsix, running VSCodium on CachyOS.

You have to manually build the new vls, and copy the exe to /tmp/vls2 for it to work.
