It was observed on the LRO project that the back to top button currently hides behind the footer on scrolling to the bottom of the page. This interaction patter causes the user to lose and important functionality.
To address this, move the button’s position of the Vf-back-to-top button to appear above the footer when scrolling to the bottom of the page.
