psql for exim config missing

I'm wondering we don't have exim routers for psql. Only for mysql.

I don't have a psql setup so I never came about this. Is there a reason?

The reason why we don't have much info on using Vexim with PostgreSQL is very simple: none of the maintainers ever used Vexim with PostgreSQL. We had a potential contribution in #244, but it never bore fruit. :(
