I am using a mod called Inventory Profiles Next (latest version, NeoForge 1.21.1) which adds sorting features to the game. When sorting a chest, the contents of the satchel are transferred to the chest. I am not sure who would be best suited to resolve this issue, but I have reported it to both you and the dev of IPN.
