Having the satchel open prevents the Fishing Satchel from Tide 2 from collecting caught fish

In Tide 2, there is a Fishing Satchel item that acts like a bundle exclusively for fish. It can automatically insert fish that are picked up into itself. This functionality doesn't work when the satchel (from this mod) is open, even if all the slots are taken. This issue might happen with other mods that have similar items, but Tide 2 is the only mod I've encountered this with so far.

Time for the third rewrite of pickup logic... I can tell why this happens, though, since the satchel overrides pickup logic if it's open.
