v0 sdk ignoring system prompt starting Aug 11 @ ~10am Mountain Time

Over the weekend, my v0 model was adhering to my system prompt with the sdk. Now, it isnt. I'm not sure if this is due to the introduction of the agent mode in v0.

Also, I'm setting my model to use the v0-1.5-sm, but on my usage page, it's showing its always using v0-1.5-md. Can you please check it out and let me know why this is happening?

For context, the system prompt I have is asking to produce unfinished code explicitly, but it isn't respecting that instruction.

See this as well, tested with setting it to something odd, and it still responded with the default v0 prompts when asking "What can you do?"

Hey @adnankarimdev — thanks for flagging this! I'm investigating the system message issue.

Regarding the modelConfiguration field: this has been deprecated with the release of Agent Mode. I've updated both the docs and SDK to reflect the change, and the field will be removed once the v0 Platform API reaches GA.

@ctate any update on this case yet? I can't build any correctly chat agent, I have to always concatenate system prompt with every message. The system prompt is pretty big and uses a lot of tokens. Also it causes problems with filtering of messages, as system prompt gets sent as user prompt.
