[BUG] [Chat Interface] LLM mixes up Chat and email processing.

Describe the bug
If you ask the LLM and it is processing an email in the background, it can get it mixed up and answer to the email and not to what was asked in the Chat.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Wait for an email to be processed in the Background
2. Ask the LLM something
3. Ask it to answer in another Language
4. LLM responds with an answer corresponding to the email.

Expected behavior
LLM does answer to what it was asked to do and not pickup / answer to something from an email being processed.
