Memory conversation when no user content is present

Describe the bug

When there is no user content such as documents or email-accounts configured, the chat with memory throws confusing error message

I'm sorry, I ran into an error while generating a response. Please try asking another question.

and the chat UI gets stuck "Generating response".

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a fresh account with no user content.
2. Start a chat with memory option enabled (default).

Expected behavior

Just respond normally. No user data is a possible state of user data.

• Client OS: Fedora Linux
• Browser: Firefox
• Venho.ai Version 0.4.2
