"Sync GitHub Issue to Jira" error when filing issues

Describe the bug
The past couple issues I have filed, I have received an error message via e-mail as per the below screen shot. Some CI runner issue by the looks of it! Previous issue filings worked fine.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. File issue (not sure if it must have a screen shot or something similar to trigger?)
2. Check mail inbox
3. See error

Expected behavior
No processing errors triggered.

I'm looking into this, I've commited a fix hoping it will help. Unfortunately I'm not able to test this on the exactly same environment as it's running on github therefore I will have to test it within github.
