We want to join forces and combine the lightM project with the FlyPi (an open source, modular, affordable tool for imaging experiments).
The FlyPi can already take images of agar plates but we have to test if the lighting is suitable for our analysis. The goal is to add some "microbiology" features to the FlyPi to increase its scope!
