When triagers label issues with X-Needs-Design, the issue is automatically added to the Design team project board for review by the Design team.

Working with X-Needs-Info issues

When an issue has been reviewed by a designer, it will be updated with one of the following:

a "+1" in some form to confirm that it is signed of, or
a comment describing a preferred solution (add a link to this from the initial issue description if needed by editing it and adding a comment at the bottom)
request for more information or discussion

In cases where the issue is resolved, the designer will also remove the X-Needs-Design label and add any other appropriate labels if needed.
