Feature: Automated deployment on pushes to main

## Description

- When a push event occurs on the `main` branch:
  - A CI workflow should stop the systemd service on the host server
  - Pull the latest changes
  - Update tables & command data in the db
  - Deploy possible new commands on Discord
  - Restart & verify the systemd service
