Currently, aircraft from WOL CTA are assigned F130 and handed to NW TCU. Departures climb to F120 and are handed to WOL. These numbers were not sourced from any official documentation and would be well suited to a review.
Most TCUs are structured where departures climb to the highest usable level and arrivals descend to a suitable level between A070 and F130 at the point of handoff. Perhaps this airspace would work better if arrivals were assigned A090 (above the Class E LL of A085 to the north, south, and west), allowing departures to climb over the top of the arriving aircraft.
