2. chmod +x ./appimage
3. run

Found and fixed. Your log has the smoking gun:

Could not create default EGL display: EGL_BAD_PARAMETER. Aborting...

That's WebKitGTK's DMA-BUF renderer failing on CachyOS/Arch graphics stacks - the backend was running fine, the webview just couldn't paint. The app now disables that renderer on Linux before the webview starts (commit e4ccc3a on the dev branch; set JHM_KEEP_DMABUF=1 to opt back in). It ships in the next release, and I'll close this when it's out. Thank you for the complete logs - they made the diagnosis possible.
