One click Heroku deploy doesn't create a clonable repo

I'm fairly certain that with other one-click apps, it creates a repo on Heroku, instead of just deploying. It would be nice to have this functionality.

I'm not sure how to configure 1 click deploy to also clone the repo. I'm not sure why it doesn't do it by default.

If anyone knows how to help, would love some insight!
