Describe the issue
LFMU AVISO not displayed by default when opening LFMU Beziers AVISO

To Reproduce
Open CCA Montpellier --> Open "LFMU Beziers AVISO.asr"

Expected behaviour
to display the AVISO by default

• EuroScope Version : 3.2.9
• Plugins loaded & versions : default plugins loaded in the last AIRAC cycle (2606)

The AVISO ASRs will require a general check as there will be quit e a lot of additions in 2607

I just want to confirm that the AVISO itself is included in the Pack, just not displayed by default.
