Expected Behavior:
Clicking on "Create New" should redirect the user directly to the saved reply creation form (e.g., /member/saved-replies/create) rather than just listing existing replies.

Current Behavior:
The link redirects to /member/saved-replies, which displays the list but does not directly open the "create new" form.
