This could be added as an option (maybe set by contest admin during creation) that if user is allowed to be in multiple team within a contest. If this option is set to on, it could be implemented as 'contest admin cannot invite a team if a team member is already invited' or 'a user cannot accept a contest invitation if a team member is already in the contest'.
