Fix formulas

Fix formula formatting in measure_infos. This task involves finding all measures with formulas in the long_description and making sure those are rendered correctly on the dashboard. There are likely ones that aren’t showing up right so you’ll make those changes.

• Familiarize yourself with the long description entry in measure infos

Begin with business climate data area

• Familiarize yourself with the formulas in measure_info_all and metadata website
• Check to see if formulas are rendered properly in long descriptions
  
• Make any necessary fixes (in dev repo not measure_info_all)

Proceed with this in other data areas

Also:

• Make note of any long descriptions you think should have a formula

In the future, we will work with data producers to add formulas in long descriptions where they're necessary

• Make a meeting with Leonel ASAP to learn dynamic measure info for business climate
• Make the changes to fix the formulas in the measure_info (tell Joanna when to rebuild the metadata site)
• Go through the formulas in other areas, see if they are rendering correctly
• Add information about formulas and if they render correctly to the spreadsheet
• Think about the best to disseminate this information/build capacity in the team
• Look into/create a function so that people can check their measure info
