[GSSoC '26] Feature: Add PDF/HTML Scan Report Exporter with Visual Charts and Remediation Roadmap

Hello Mentor (@utksh1),

I would like to contribute to SecuScan by implementing a robust Scan Report Exporter module under GSSoC '26.

I propose to build:

1. Visual Scan Summaries: Generate high-level HTML/PDF reports incorporating visual charts (using Chart.js or standard canvas rendering) representing vulnerability distributions (Critical, High, Medium, Low).
2. Actionable Remediation Roadmap: Group detected security vulnerabilities by fix difficulty and implementation priority, presenting them as a clear step-by-step developer checklist.
3. Format Options: Provide both developer-focused logs and executive-friendly summary sheets.

I have strong experience with Python, FastAPI, React/TypeScript, and PDF reporting engines. Please assign this issue to me. Thank you!

Hi @tmdeveloper007 @utksh1, I am actively working on this! Following the maintainer's feedback, I split the large PR #925 into smaller, focused PRs. PR 1/3 (Core Backend) and PR 2/3 (Charts) have already been successfully merged into main.

I am opening the Pull Requests for the remaining parts (PR 3/3: Remediation Roadmap and Frontend Export UI) right now. Please keep the issue open and assigned to me. Thank you!
