[Bug]: Take 15-20% CPU/GPU resource usage while idle

Bug Description

When the outliner window is maximized and sitting idle (performing no visible work), it still consumes approximately 15-20% CPU and constant 15% of GPU if I use script & 5% CPU & 5% of GPU on extension (on extension many times this doesn't happen)

Minimizing the outliner or jumping to a non-chat page or disabling the script or extension immediately resolves the issue and resource usage drops significantly.

Steps to Reproduce

Install the script version via tampermonkey
Go to any Ai website though I've only worked w/GPT, Gemini, Claude so I don't know about others!
& open a long chat & open outliner & check the taskmanager

Expected vs Actual Behavior

It shouldn't take resources while sitting idle!
