Not working in the Google Desktop Chat App

I can't get this to work in the Desktop Chat App. Any suggestions?

Broken since google changed the url from chat.google.com to mail.google.com/chat. Subscribing myself to this thread in case there's any updates.

The Dark Theme doesn't let me read the room names. The Chat room background also doesn't change.
