[Bug] Teleport to newly relocated tenant wrong

Hi, just a tiny bug that is very harmless.

I have my partner as a tenant at my house, I won a new plot and after I relocated to the new plot the teleport function in umbra still had my old plot showing in my partners teleport drop down, but I'm sure it's most likely fixed after a quick logout ^^
