Trying to load data from previous applications fails

When I tried to click on the load responses link next to my past applications, nothing happened and I was unable to copy data from my previous application.

The aforementioned "load responses" link loads responses by question id. Unfortunately, pretty much all editing of an ApplicationTemplate results in all of it's Questions being destroyed and recreated. So the old application submission can only be reloaded as long as the template hasn't been changed in any way.
