Note save/edit doesn't save time

1. In app go into notes
2. Press the Add note button ( +) button.
3. Write a note and enter date and time
4. Look at note that was manually created

Issue: The time saves as 0:00 instead of the time that was entered.
Expected result: it should save the time.

This also happens on edit. If you had created a note that uses the NLU it saves the correct time, but if you edit and resave it overwrites the time with 0:00.
Expected result: It should either save the time that was already there or if changed, the time it was changed to.

After trying to save gets the following error
