The title of content for tab two was messed up

Hi there,

I found two issues when I was using the sphinxcontrib-contentui extension:

1. The .html width is not fixed default value any more,
2. When the .html width is larger than the default width, the tile of the content for tab of two will be messed up:

It supposed to be (width with default value):
