The Casualty and Rescue portion of the diagram at https://github.com/ulfsri/neris-framework/wiki/ERD#dispatch-incident-and-associated contains rel_rescue_action and rel_rescue_impedance. Both table representations contain the field type_rescue_impedance. However, it seems rel_rescue_action should contain the field type_rescue_action instead.
