The w3act build process has been integrated into the new workflow (https://github.com/ukwa/ukwa-services/issues/77)
Although its been tested for the underlying proof of build and security scanning, I forgot to test the version changes actually work beyond not tripping up the build. As this isn't a security issue, I've created a separate task here to track it.
ie. the build should include a version tag when specified, and default as the other repos when not specified.
