Save higher resolution images for profile page

We show the preview image in the list, and then show a large version of the same image in the profile page. (screenshots below)

We can probably save a "thumbnail" for the list, but show the original quality image in the profile page.

In the latest PR, I created a script to download the images locally (can be fetched from the frontend via path in faculty table or as explained), but I'm not sure if the image quality will improve with this approach?
